Wendy Styer, Nominated by Murfreesboro Lions Club
Wendy serves as the secretary of the Murfreesboro Lions Club. She is a Lion with many talents and do-good interests! She not only fulfills her job as club secretary but works all projects, even chairing any involving cooking and coordinates the event.
In the community she collects materials and makes mats for homeless, helps with activities with Journeys in Community Living and volunteers in the schools for special events. Within the Lions she volunteers for eye screenings at health fairs in addition to all events mentioned above. She lives up to the Lions motto, “We Serve.”
Wendy will receive a certificate from Volunteer Rutherford and a $25 Amazon Gift Card Courtesy of Guaranty Trust Company.
