Tressie Scott, Nominated by Avalon Hospice
Tressie has been volunteering with Avalon Hospice for over a year. She has brought love, comfort and compassion to many of their patients and continues to do so while juggling a demanding school and work load. Tressie is a passionate advocate for the young and elderly. The medical community will be enriched with her skills and heart once she acquires her nursing degree. Tressie’s strength is in dealing with difficult situations while maintaining a cool head. Avalon and it’s patients are so grateful for all that she does.
