What: Senior Expo
Day before expo (approximately 1:00- Approx. 5:00)
-put up signs for each station, sign in sheets, sign on doors, etc. 2 volunteers
-help vendors to their area and with their set up 2 volunteers
Day of Expo (6:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.)
-put balloons and signs outside 1 volunteer
– direct traffic outside(starting around 7:00) 3-4 volunteers
-help vendors to their area and with their set up 2-3 volunteers
-put out food, drinks, make coffee (upstairs and downstairs) 2 volunteers
Later shift (7:30-1:00)
-sign participants in (upstairs and downstairs) 3-4 volunteers
-direct inside traffic, answer questions 2 volunteers
-give out bags, maps, surveys, etc. 2 volunteers
-sign in participants at a station 20-30 volunteers
-give each vendor a survey then collect them before they leave 1 volunteer
-runner (take drinks to vendor, make copies, etc.) 1-2 volunteers
-be in charge of door prizes- draw names, hand out prizes, etc. 1 volunteer
-replenish food, drinks, make coffee 1-2 volunteers
-Clean up, help vendors pack and leave 2 volunteers
-take surveys from participants 1 volunteer
