From the very beginning, Phil Barnett has been an integral member of the Howard’s Hope team. The time and energy Phil volunteers to the organization is based on his desire to give back to the community and his heartfelt belief that Howard’s Hope is having a positive impact on the subject of preventing juvenile drownings in Tennessee. Phil brings years of experience in the fields of management, philanthropy, public service, fundraising and promoting community awareness.
