Marisa Rust, Nominated by Avalon Hospice
Marisa joined the Avalon volunteer team in March of 2017. When she began, she helped out in the office on a weekly basis and contributed so much. Eventually she felt the need to do more and began visiting with patients, bringing smiles to their faces. Not only is she visiting patients and building relationships with them, but she continues to help out in the office with anything that is needed. Staff say that Marisa is compassionate and dependable and that she is a great addition to their office.
