Three Journeys in Community Living volunteers come to the Beesley Animal Foundation every other week for a couple hours. They help them pack pet food for their Outreach Program. These volunteers and their case worker, Angel, help them more than they know, according to Beesley staff. Journeys in Community Living provides community participation services, industrial training services, job training and placement services, special services, residential services and transportation services to more than 120 adults with intellectual disabilities in both Rutherford and Cannon Counties in Middle Tennessee. Journeys will receive a certificate from Volunteer Rutherford and $25 Amazon Gift Card Courtesy of Guaranty Trust.
