Jo Wheeler, Nominated by Stones River National Battlefield
Jo Wheeler has come all the way from England to volunteer full time for a year at Stones River National Battlefield. She began her volunteer work by staffing the visitor center front desk and leading tours of the battlefield. As she gained experience, Jo became more involved. She has never been shy about taking on new responsibilities. As a result, Jo now assists with everything from social media to invasive plant control.
