Avalon seeks the following: a friendly smile, a comforting presence, a warm touch, a couple of hours to assist with errands or light housekeeping, some time to just sit with a patient so that a caregiver can have some respite – all of these kind gestures will mean a lot to their hospice patients and their loved ones.
This is also a great way to pay it forward if you have had a loved one in hospice care. Your insights would be valuable in caring for their hospice patients.
