MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Greenhouse Ministries has launched a new program, Pathways for Career Success (PCS). This program utilizes a wrap-around service model to address and overcome many barriers that Greenhouse clients experience in their journey to achieve employment and financial stability. By using this holistic approach, they are able to serve the whole person as opposed to focusing on one barrier without recognizing the systemic impact it has on their well-being and overall success. This program will give the client employment training through a variety of ways at Greenhouse Ministries including: employment counseling, job testing/training and money management skills.
Randy Williams, Director of the Learning Center, shares his excitement about this new addition to the Learning Center.
“It is wonderful for the Learning Center to be a part of the Pathways for Career Success program,” Williams said. “We are looking forward to contributing to the success of each client that connects to this program as they study to improve their financial growth.”
