Frank Russell, Nominated by Amelia’s Closet
Staff say that Frank has generously given of his time and effort for four years at Amelia’s Closet; most recently helping with the main projects of their expansion renovation. He has donated materials and his skills to help make their space inviting for their clients and volunteers.
