Charlotte Masek, Nominated by Alive Hospice
Charlotte has been a volunteer with Alive Hospice just since January but already has made such an impact. Staff say that her enthusiasm and energy is contagious. She has visited patients both at their inpatient unit and in their homes and provides a loving presence and fun companionship. When visiting patients was discontinued due to the coronavirus, she jumped right into making cloth masks for staff and visitors. Staff say that they appreciate her dedication and willingness to do whatever is needed.
