Avalon Hospice is in need of Direct Patient Care volunteers to spend quality time with patients in their last days. Volunteers provide meaningful companionship by reading, listening to music, assisting the family and bonding with patients.
Their volunteers give at least four hours per month as our training & orientation process ensures they are properly trained to help patients.
No medical experience needed!
They serve Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Shelbyville & Woodbury.
