Linebaugh is hosting a first-time home buyer’s seminar to provide information about grants for home purchase Saturday, April 23 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm. This program is called Welcome Home.
Michelle Brown will share about this program in great detail. Information and program details are provided by F & M Bank. Once the funding for this program runs out the program ends.
Grants are for $5000.00 and do not have to be paid back provided the home buyer stays in the home for 5 years. Secondly, low and moderate income buyers only need $500.00 down, for this program and no additional closing cost.
This informational seminar is free and open to the public in the Linebaugh Board Room on the 2nd floor.
