Special Kids Golf Classic approaching

Local nonprofit Special Kids Therapy & Nursing Center will hold its 17th Annual Special Kids Golf Classic on Thursday and Friday, May 6 and 7, at Indian Hills Golf Course in Murfreesboro.

The 17th annual event is proud to be presented by Nissan for the sixth consecutive year. Employees from Nissan will join other participants in a four-person scramble to compete for prizes from Indian Hills and other local businesses. Players will also receive a bar-b-q lunch provided by Slick Pig and The Alley on Main with additional food provided by Newk’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. Participants will also have the option to play in the Thursday or Friday tournament.

Registration is $600 per team of four or $150 per individual. For a $250 sponsorship, organizations will have their company name listed on a tee sign at one of the 18 holes. Higher level sponsorships are also available and already include Nissan as the presenting sponsor with Albatross sponsor Tri-Start Title & Escrow. Eagle sponsors are Atco, Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Cooperation, EchoPower Engineering, Aetna, Yates Services, SEC Inc., and CB&S Bank.
