ALERT CDC is having their 10th annual Family Fun Fest, formerly known as the Back to School Bash. On August 5th from 2:45 PM to 8 PM, they need volunteers to help with setup, running the event, breakdown. This event is for the community as they prepare for our children to return to school. They will be giving out 1000 backpacks for the first 1000 students as well as bags filled with hygiene products. They will be doing free haircuts. There will be free food entertainment, and all sorts of activities for the family.
They need volunteers for registration crowd control direction, clean up helping with activities such as face painting directing people to different areas of the event as needed and serving food, giving out backpacks, and giving out hygiene bags.
