The objectives of Murfreesboro Community Gardens and State Street Garden are:
1. Give people who don’t have their own space to garden a place and chance to do that and take home some produce.
2. Build community and provide produce to people in neighborhoods who may not have access to healthy food.
3. Share what we know about growing, cooking and choosing healthier food for better living.
Everyone gets veggies. If you show up, pull a weed, or even ask, you can have your pick of whatever is ripe.
