The Linebaugh Public Library System serves all ages from birth through senior adults with materials for both education and recreation. They provide free computer classes, story times, and a wide variety of programming for all ages. Their collections include not only print materials, but ebooks, DVDs, audiobooks, music, reference materials (print and online) and historical/genealogical materials. They have a winter reading program after the first of the year for adults ages 18 and over and a summer reading program for children, teens and adults in June/July. They have four locations: Linebaugh (Murfreesboro), MGL at Patterson Park, Smyrna and Eagleville as well as a bookmobile.
