They seek to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.
They provide grade specific programming presented by community volunteers who teach students about economics, entrepreneurship, personal finance, workforce readiness and other skills that students need to succeed in the real world. JA seeks to prepare young people for the world of work, inspiring our future leaders and igniting a passion for excellence. Guidebooks, lesson plans and student materials are provided to the volunteer who visits the classroom 5-8 times during a school semester (30-45 minutes/visit; school selection and scheduling is flexible).
