Amanda Castle, Nominated by VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System
Amanda began volunteering with the VA in June 2015 and has given more than 877 hours of service. She is a dedicated volunteer who comes in 2-3 days per week. Amanda has assisted in updating their volunteer records, orienting new volunteers, and sorting and organizing donations. She has also been instrumental in planning and executing several special events including their Ex-POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony, Patient Carnival and Volunteer Recognition Ceremony. Amanda is a very important member of the VA Voluntary Service team! Amanda will receive a certificate from Volunteer Rutherford and a $25 Amazon Gift Card courtesy of Guaranty Trust.
